August is REMAX Month of Miracles.

Month of Miracles is REMAX's August campaign that celebrates the impact REMAX agents, offices, and communities make through Children's Miracle Network. It is a month dedicated to awareness, giving, storytelling, local fundraising, and recognizing the difference that consistent support can make for children's health.

The power of the program is not just in one event or one donation. It is in the consistency. Year after year, agents and offices across Canada and North America help raise money that supports children's hospital foundations and the families who rely on them.

For us, Month of Miracles is a reminder that every home can be connected to something bigger: hope, healing, community, and care.

Miracle Home Program support for Children's Miracle Network by Lush Realty REMAX KEY

Miracle Home Program The Miracle Home Program allows participating REMAX agents to connect real estate transactions with giving. When a home is designated as a Miracle Home, the agent makes a donation in honour of the client after the transaction closes, helping support their local Children's Miracle Network member hospital.

How The Giving Works

Real estate transactions can help fund local children's hospitals.

The REMAX Miracle Home and Miracle Property Programs make giving part of the real estate journey. Participating agents donate after a transaction closes, and 100% of the donation benefits the agent's local children's hospital foundation.

100% Local Hospital Benefit Miracle Home donations benefit the agent's local Children's Miracle Network member hospital foundation.

Residential + Commercial The program includes Miracle Home and Miracle Property opportunities, allowing residential and commercial transactions to be connected to giving.

Year-Round Giving Month of Miracles happens in August, but the REMAX and CMN relationship is a year-round commitment to children's health.
